The registration is closed now. We keep this page for information only. You need to create a user account in the conference management system "Converia". From there you can manage your registration, submissions (abstract as well as manuscript) and your payment. You may choose to pay via credit card or by bank transfer. For the later one please make sure you include the project number as provided on the invoice as reference, otherwise your payment might be lost.

We have different conference fees for students and non-students:

This fee covers costs for the lectures, the conference dinner and excursion. It also covers breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch. Your conference badge will allow you to travel on trams and buses within the city of Leipzig free of charge during the conference. Furthermore, a hard copy of the proceedings will be send to you at the end of 2010.

You may cancel your registration prior to the 1st September 2010 at a processing fee of 50 €.

All the indicated fees above apply for AMPERE members. Non-AMPERE members must pay the additional corresponding annual membership fee of 24 € (12 € for students).

Fellows of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation may apply for reimbursement of the conference fee and a daily allowance here.

Accompanying persons may be registered at a reduced fee of 110 € which covers the catering (breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch) and free travel on the public transport network of Leipzig. It does NOT cover lectures, dinner, excursion and proceedings. However, booking of the conference dinner and/or the excursion at additional charges of 50 € and/or 40 €, respectively, is possible.

Students are required to provide a student ID or a corresponding confirmation letter upon check-in at the conference desk.

We are happy to offer support for students towards their travel costs. Please apply for the Student Travel Award via the conference management system, "Converia", when registering. The amount which is covered by the organisers depends on the country of your origin:

Note that we can only reimburse you an amount of up to the real costs of your travel. Please provide the original invoice of your booking for train or aeroplane at the conference desk upon check in.
