Early Bird Registrations Closing; December 10th 2013 NMR School Accommodation Booking Deadline (7th/8th February): December 10th 2013 Final Accommodation Booking Deadline: January 5th 2014 IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Accommodation Bookings for the 7th/8th February 2014 A major event is taking place in Wellington on the 7th and 8th February 2014 - The Rugby Sevens World Series.  Accommodation over these dates in the city is extremely limited.  We have reserved rooms at the Joan Stevens Hall which is student accommodation provided by Victoria University of Wellington.  If you wish to book accommodation here over these dates you must have completed your registration by the 10th December 2013.  We cannot guarantee that there will be any accommodation available on the 7th and 8th February in the Joan Stevens Hall if you do not register for the conference by this date.  If you wish to stay somewhere else in Wellington over these dates we recommend that you make your bookings direct with the hotel as soon as possible. Registration fees All the indicated fees below apply for AMPERE members. Non-AMPERE members must pay the additional $35 annual membership fee at the time of completing the conference registration. Travel Grants Travel Grants are available.  When completing the online conference registration form, you will be aksed if you wish to apply for a travel grant to attend the conference.  If you would like to be considered for a Travel Grant you will be asked to provide a stamement as to why you believe you are eligible for funding. • The fees "including accommodation" includes 4 nights accommodation including breakfast at Weir House which is student accommodation provided by the Victoria University Wellington. • Students are required to provide a student ID or a corresponding confirmation letter upon check-in at the conference desk. • The registration fee includes morning/afternoon teas, lunch, conference material as well as the Welcome Reception, Excursion to Zealandia, and the Conference Dinner. • The Accompanying Person fee includes morning/afternoon teas and lunches at the conference.  Additional tickets must be purchased for the excursions to Zealandia and the Conference Dinner. Payment Options • Credit card (Mastercard, Visa or AMEX), or • Cheque or Direct Credit (choose Invoice in the payment screen and an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation email with the conference bank account details). Payment Details • Full payment of registration fees must be made prior to the conference. • Credit card - Pay online with our data encrypted secure server. Instructions will be emailed to you in your registration confirmation letter. • Post your invoice and payment to: MRPM Conference 2014, c/- Conferences & Events Ltd, PO Box 24078, Wellington. • Overseas cheques cannot be accepted. • Direct credits should reference your invoice number and organisation. Cancellation and Refund Policy Please note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled. Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat MRPM12@confer.co.nz.  Cancellations received prior to the 8 January 2014 will incur a $100 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received between 8 January and 15 January 2014 will incur a 30% penalty fee. No refund will be given for cancellations received after 15 January - this includes 'no shows' on the day. Substitutions will be accepted, but should be notified via email to mrpm12@confer.co.nz Special Requirements Should you have special needs for food or mobility requirements, or have any other special requirements please let us know when you register.
