Leipzig is situated in the north-west of Saxony about 200 km south-west of Berlin. Leipzig is well connected by air via the airport "Leipzig-Halle" (LEJ). Furthermore it is connected by high speed train as well as by autobahn for instance with Berlin, Frankfurt (Main) or Munich.
The conference venue will be the main lecture hall in the faculty of physics and earth sciences of the University of Leipzig. The physical address is Linnéstrasse 5, 04103 Leipzig.
